MMS Express

Business solutions

For the information your customers need to see.

Give a statement, invoice or notice a place in your customer's supported mobile messaging experience. Prepare a readable image, add a short message and send from your dashboard or software.

Request an account

Start with a real customer task.

Transactional communication works best when the recipient understands who it is from and why it matters.

Account departments

Monthly statements

Include a clear account summary with the statement period and relevant transactions. Keep the original document in your own records.

Example: “Your September account statement is attached.”

Plan a statement workflow

Service businesses

Invoices and payment notices

Send an invoice image or a relevant account notice to the intended customer. Check the reference and recipient before submitting.

Example: “Invoice INV-1042 is attached. Thank you for your business.”

Property managers

Statements and tenant notices

Give each recipient their own account information. Separate teams or client accounts can use subaccounts funded by a main account.

Example: “Please see the attached update regarding your account.”

Customer service

Confirmations and requested documents

Include the relevant detail in a readable image: a booking confirmation, service summary or document the customer requested.

Example: “Your booking for 18 September is confirmed. Details are attached.”

Check document handling

Software teams

Messages from your own system

Connect a business event to an API submission, save the message ID, then reconcile the recorded sending outcome.

Example: submit a statement image after your system closes an account period.

Resellers and multi-team businesses

Shared funding, separate workspaces

Main account administrators can create and manage subaccounts, review usage and set monthly credit limits. Subaccount users work within their own account.

A parent administrator can access its subaccounts; this is not isolation from the parent business.

Understand account access

Choose the content before the channel.

MMS Express sends document images, not original PDF attachments. A long contract, a document that must remain searchable, or information requiring a secure authenticated viewer may be better provided another way. Compare MMS and SMS and review sensitive-content considerations before choosing a workflow.

Reception depends on the recipient's device, mobile service and settings. A recorded Sent outcome means submission to the delivery network; it does not establish receipt or reading.
